Grand Hotel Eden, Paradiso

Upon staying at this hotel, I found the rooms to be impeccably clean and well-furnished, though in need of refurbishment. While most items were provided, the absence of coffee and tea-making facilities was a letdown for a hotel of this standard. One of the receptionists was particularly rude, which was disappointing. The service was top-notch, albeit a hiccup on my last day. The location by the picturesque lake was a delight, although slightly distanced from central areas. The dining experience was sumptuous, especially with the Italian-style cappuccino. The facilities were satisfactory, but the overall pricing seemed steep for the value offered.
